  3. Peaceful Pixie is committed to finding quality vendors of raw materials that are needed in the creation of our products. If a vendor significantly drops in quality and/or integrity of ethically sourced materials, an alternative vendor will take its place.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept product returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately. Store credit and/or exchanges may be issued at the discretion of Peaceful Pixie.

 

At this time, Peaceful Pixie cannot ship internationally.

 

We use USPS and UPS for our shipments.

 

Because of the handmade nature of our products, lead time can vary from 3 -7 business days. Please also be advised that it is nearly impossible to foresee shipping delays as a result of the carrier. We work closely with our shipping services and are here to help should any problem arise.
